Where How would you rather do the 108 Sun Salutations?
A) On the Eastside at the Perfect Knot (near Willy St. Co-Op) Wednesday 25th. 7:30pm
B) Odana Road Area on Westside (near Market Square) Monday March 30th. 6pm.
Here's my dilemma. Either I get a westside space ten days after spring begins -- or we can join my fellow yoga teacher Jessica who teaches at the Perfect Knot on the east side. Her sun salutes will be Ashtanga (jumping) -Style.
What would you rather do? Westside a little later than spring.... or east side and join the folks at perfect knot?

I would prefer the east side option, but either would be great.

ReplyDeleteI would say west side (if I was in ANY kind of shape to come, but I'm not).
ReplyDeleteThe west side option would work better for me but I can do my best to make it for the east side option (can it count toward the IFY challenge??? ;)).
