    I loved your Bikram Classes! I would love to have a Bikram/Hot Yoga Workshop. Would you be able to have it in a place with a warm/hot room?

    Yes! If I do a Bikram/Hot Yoga Workshop it will be somewhere we can keep the temperature up. "Warm" since "Hot" for the entirety of the workshop could be a bit much. Thanks for commenting.

    Half day (3-4.5 hours) would be great. While some people love weekend workshops, for those with too many commitments finding a free weekend will never happen.

    I like two 2.5ish hours on a Saturday. It seems that workshops are ALWAYS on Sundays. I would be interested in sessions of flow, mini-teacher training, breath, and maybe some nice yin yoga or guided relaxation.

    2-3.5 hours would be my ideal & NOT the weekend of Nov 13-15. My ideal would be Bodywork focused (esp feet!), but I'd be up for a Bikram/Hot Yoga workshop too!

    So far it sounds like shorter workshops, definitely better. Quite a wide range of interest in topics! Perhaps that speaks well to the very well roundedness of my students!

    Don't let that keep anyone from showing interest in one thing, if there's one area you want to really drill down into or if you'd like more of a "bird's eye" workshop of how several areas fit together. Just keep posting your ideas as you have them.

    @E, I may be doing a free workshop on energy on Nov. 15. Sorry, but when it comes to giving away something for free I have to factor in when I can get space for free or cheap!
