108 Sun Salutations On March 27th. Spring is On!

The people have spoken. It's official, spring arrives a little late in Wisconsin.

Most of you wanted Saturday March 27th.

We'll meet for 108 Sun Salutations at Main Street Yoga (corner of First & Main, map) at 4pm.

Don't forget about Sunday's Workshop! There's 6 spots left. We'll be focusing on Power & Flow Yoga and poses like arm balances, down dog, and other Flow Favorites.

I'd like to thank Carla for providing me the opportunity to meet so many of you and for me to get back into teaching Bikram Yoga. Carla is back from her sabbatical and will teach her first class back at the Perfect Knot on Sunday March 21st.

Sunday March 21st; 9am : Carla's first class back!
Sunday March 21st; 3:30pm : Alex's last 90 minute Bikram class as 'house' Bikram teacher
Monday March 22nd; : Carla is back in action!
