I will be subbing Bikram classes at the Perfect Knot for Carla while she's out of town. Here are the classes I'll be covering.

MON 5/16 5:45 PM
THR 5/19 9 AM
MON 5/23 5:45 PM
All my regular classes are exactly as they usually are except: Monday 7pm at Kaivalya on 5/16 and 5/23 will be covered by Cari Gilligan (if you're not coming to see me at the knot, check out her class!)
